About Ali Murray

Ali Murray is a leading relationship consultant who is dedicated to educating people and sharing practical tools and vital information on how to initiate, enhance and maintain happy relationships and careers. Over the past 10 years, she has consulted and presented to over 30 000 people in South Africa and helped them take control of their lives and relationships.

Her journey to starting her relationship consultancy began when she identified a gap between medical practitioners and their "clients" (people living in the real world) who needed assistance in maintaining a dynamic, happy and successful long-term relationship at home as well as within the workplace. This discovery propelled her forward on a path of intense research to identify practical solutions that people could actually use to keep their relationships and careers intact.

The Ali Murray Relationship Consultancy was born during this quest to acquire these insights and skills to keeping relationships, family and professional life in perfect harmony. Ali now consults with companies, single adults and couples, assessing and coaching them to manage time, plan their relationships and implement practical skills to maintain a happy equilibrium and healthy work/ life balance.

The Consultancy works closely with a multi-disciplinary team including Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Sexologists, and Doctors who help provide personal solutions to individuals and professional services to the corporate sector to help people to achieve and maintain successful careers and relationships.

Ali's Personal Story

Ali experienced great personal tragedy when her husband passed away and her second marriage failed. This made her determined to discover the secret to relationship success, and not to accept failure as an option. Driven by her determination, Ali uncovered valuable lessons and secrets to keeping it all together, enjoying who you are and succeeding in what you do.

A high achiever herself, Ali is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, mother and dancing instructor. Ali believes in practical solutions and is dedicated to helping individuals solve their problems and live a happy balanced life.

Ali was a Rotary Exchange student in Argentina before starting her studies and graduated Cum Laude in Public Relations in 1998. She worked as a Project Manager in Publishing before establishing the Ali Murray Relationship Consultancy. She's also currently completing a postgraduate degree in Sexology through the University of Sydney, Australia.
