This is a workout for all shapes and sizes ages and stages. Whether you are married, single, wishing you were single or recently divorced - if you are looking for a great way to work out and have fun with a welcoming group of ladies then this is the perfect workout for you.
Workouts on Fridays 5pm - 6pm @ Gym on 11th, Benmore, Sandton
